What is the Leguano Advice suitable for?

The Advice is a barefoot shoe with a stimulating silicone insole – developed for people who want to actively stimulate their foot soles. Whether for everyday wear, walks, or at home: the small nubs provide gentle stimulation with every step.

Stimulation with every step: The hemispheres in the insole stimulate the sole of the foot, similar to a foot reflexology massage. This can stimulate blood circulation and improve sensation in the feet.

Soft lining made of merino and lyocell: The inner material consists of mulesing-free merino wool and lyocell (Tencel). This combination balances temperature and moisture – comfortable in every season.

Seamless construction: The Advice comes without bothersome inner seams. This prevents pressure points, even for sensitive feet.

Yes, with and without. You can feel the nubs most clearly barefoot.

How much space should I have in the front?

Add 12–17 mm to the foot length. Round up any in-between sizes.

How do the bumps feel?

Pleasantly stimulating, comparable to a gentle foot massage. Most people get used to it within a few days.

Is the Advice suitable for nerve disorders?

The textured surface provides noticeable stimulation and can be helpful for those with reduced sensation. Please consult your doctor beforehand.

The silicone insole features gentle hemispheres that stimulate the soles of the feet with every step. The merino-lyocell lining regulates temperature and moisture.
Care & Cleaning

Cleaning:Wash at 30°C in a laundry bag (gentle cycle). Use a mild detergent, no fabric softener or powder. Hand wash shoelaces separately.

Drying:Do not tumble dry. Wash separately or with similar colors and air dry.
