Shipping and returns within Germany are free of charge for orders over €40!

Plastic-free packaging: We use natural rubber tape and plastic-free filling material – at no extra cost to you.
Climate-neutral shipping: All packages are shipped CO₂-neutral with DHL Go Green.
For orders under €40 within Germany, a shipping fee of €3.50 applies.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Within Germany: Returns are completely free of charge for you. You have 30 days to decide at your leisure.
From other EU countries: You also have a 30-day right of withdrawal. You bear the costs of return shipping yourself.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
Deliveries are possible to delivery addresses in Germany as well as to almost all EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden).
Shipping to DHL Packstations is only possible within Germany.
Note: Shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom (UK), Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City is currently not possible due to customs and import regulations.
