Comfortable barefoot: Cotton terry on top feels soft against the skin – even without socks. Coconut fiber on the bottom provides natural breathability and summery freshness.

For barefoot shoes, sneakers, and sandals: Wider cut than usual, can be trimmed with scissors to fit any shoe shape.

Yes, that's how they are designed. The insoles are deliberately a little wider and longer than your shoe size so you can trim them to fit precisely with scissors (if your current insole is removable, it makes a good template).
