Can I wear the sandals with socks?

Yes, perfectly normal. The name "barefoot shoe" describes the feeling of movement (wide toe box, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not the bare foot.

How much space should there be in front of the toes?

Allow 7–10 mm in addition to your foot length.

I'm wearing barefoot shoes for the first time – what do I need to pay attention to?

Sore muscles in your calves and soles are normal in the first few weeks – your muscles are being challenged in a new way. Start with 30–60 minutes daily and gradually increase. If you have existing foot complaints or joint problems, speak to your doctor or orthopaedist before switching.

Are the sandals suitable for multi-day hikes?

According to the manufacturer, they are intended for day trips on trails, light hikes, and as camp shoes in the evening. For demanding trail stages with a heavy pack, thicker soles are more suitable.

The FeelLite™ sole features a multi-layer construction – grip on the outside, cushioning in the middle. The continuous Z-strap runs from the ankle over the midfoot to the toes, and the heel strap closes with Velcro. The tension can be adjusted at the adjustment points, after which the sandal is set.

Cleaning: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Drying: Air dry away from direct sunlight – this protects the TrailFoam midsole and the hook-and-loop straps.
