How do Groundies fit? This depends on the model – you can find the fit information on the respective product page. Groundies recommends: If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one; about 1 cm of space in front of the toes is ideal.

What does Barefoot+ mean? Barefoot+ is Groundies' extra-wide cut – for maximum toe freedom and particularly wide feet. Models without the addition have the regular Barefoot fit.

What do GO1, GS1, and GX2 stand for? These are the TrueSense® sole variants. All are flat, flexible, and zero-drop – they differ in tread and material thickness: GO1, with a 3 mm base and 3.3 mm tread, is the particularly soft version, GX2 is the winter-proof one.
