Description

What is the Xero Shoes HFS II Women's suitable for?

A road running shoe you won't need to take off after your run: the HFS II accompanies you just as well through the city and during long days on your feet. At around 190 g per shoe (size 37.5), it is a lightweight.

Room for your toes: The foot-shaped toe box gives your forefoot space instead of constricting it. Add to that a breathable textile upper that works even in the heat.

Close to the ground: 8.5 mm sole with zero drop – the feedback is significantly more direct than with a classic running shoe with heel-to-toe drop. The thin layer of foam provides a little protection.

Grip on asphalt: The outsole features a tread pattern inspired by tires. According to the manufacturer, this makes you feel secure even off paved paths.

In the package: 1 pair of Xero Shoes HFS II Women's, packed in our plastic-free outer packaging.

Legal guarantee
EU notice: Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear socks with these shoes?

Yes, absolutely. The name "barefoot shoe" describes the feeling of movement (wide toe box, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not a bare foot.

How much space should be in the front of the shoe?

Plan for 12–17 mm in addition to your foot length. Measure your foot length while standing and compare it with our insole length chart.

Is the insole removable in this shoe?

Yes, the 3.5 mm thin insole can be removed.

I am wearing barefoot shoes for the first time – what do I need to look out for?

Soreness in the calves and soles of the feet is normal in the first few weeks – your muscles are being challenged in new ways. Start with 30–60 minutes daily and increase gradually. If you have existing foot complaints or joint problems, consult your doctor or orthopedist before switching.

Can I also wear the HFS II in the rain?

The upper material is not waterproof; water penetrates through the textile. For wet days, a model with a membrane is the more suitable choice.
