What is the Doghammer Terrar Dahoam Wool suitable for?

Come home and slip in – the Terrar Dahoam Wool is a barefoot slipper for anyone who doesn't want to miss out on ground feel even indoors. Whether on tiles, parquet or for a short trip to the mailbox.

Wool from head to sole: Loden from the Pomeranian coarsewool sheep encloses the foot from the outside and inside. This ensures a dry, temperature-balancing foot climate – even with prolonged wear.

Light like thick socks, stable like a shoe: With approx. 540 g per pair and the flexible natural rubber sole, you feel the ground beneath you, but still have grip on smooth floors.

Sustainable and handmade: Made in a family-run manufactory in Portugal from regional North German wool.

Can I wear socks?

Yes, with or without. The wool is also comfortable barefoot and has odor-inhibiting properties.

How much space should I have at the front?

12–17 mm in addition to the foot length. For in-between sizes, it's better to round up.

Can I also wear them outdoors occasionally?

Yes, the natural rubber sole can easily withstand short walks on the patio or pavement.

How warm are the slippers?

Wool naturally regulates temperature: warm enough for cool tiles, but not too warm in summer.
Material & Construction
  • Upper: Loden wool from Pomeranian Coarsewool sheep from Northern Germany
  • Lining: Loden wool from Pomeranian Coarsewool sheep – continuous wool for a natural foot climate
  • Sole: 80% natural rubber, 11% fillers, 9% binders – made in Portugal

The footbed is also made of wool loden and can optionally be supplemented with a cork insole. The flexible sole offers sufficient grip even on smooth floors.
Care & Cleaning

Cleaning: Let dirt dry and remove with a soft brush. If necessary, hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap.

Waterproofing: For regular wear, we recommend reapplying with a lanolin spray.

Drying: Air dry – do not place on a heater or in a tumble dryer.
