What is the Doghammer Terrar Urban suitable for?

Whether it's a city stroll, a day at the office, or a weekend trip – the Terrar Urban is a lightweight barefoot sneaker for anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice ground feel in their everyday life.

Breezy through the day: The linen upper with leather details adds hardly any weight (approx. 420 g per pair) and allows air to reach the foot. The elastic laces make putting them on and taking them off uncomplicated – just slip them on.

Sustainable sneaker look: Recycled cotton in the lining, natural rubber in the sole, and an insole made of recycled cork – handcrafted in a family-run manufactory in Portugal.

Natural foot movement: The flexible sole and the wide cut in the forefoot give your toes room. Without a heel, you stand stably and incidentally train your foot muscles.

12–17 mm in addition to your foot length. For in-between sizes, it's better to round up.

Is the insole removable?

Yes, the thin cork insole can be removed and replaced if necessary.

Is the shoe suitable for the office?

Yes, the understated design goes well with jeans, chinos, or a light summer dress.

Are all color variations vegan?

Only the Vegan Rose variant is completely animal-free. Nature and Flower contain LWG-certified leather.

  • Inner material: Lining fabric made from 40% recycled polyester, 40% recycled cotton, 20% polyester
  • Sole: 80% natural rubber, 11% fillers, 9% binders – made in Portugal

The removable cork insole made from recycled cork ensures a dry foot climate. The elastic laces make putting them on and taking them off uncomplicated.
Care & Cleaning

Cleaning: Clean with a soft brush and lukewarm water. Linen dries quickly and is easy to care for.

Waterproofing: If necessary, treat with a suitable textile spray.

Drying: Air dry, do not place on a heater.
