What is the Leguano Aktiv Winter suitable for?

The Leguano Aktiv Winter is the lined version of the popular Aktiv model – designed for everyone who doesn't want to miss out on that natural barefoot feeling even in the cold season.

Warm through winter: The 100% wool lining provides pleasant warmth when walking, shopping, or taking the dog for a walk. As long as you keep moving, your feet will stay warm even at low temperatures.

Light and flexible: Despite its winter features, the Aktiv Winter remains a typical Leguano – extremely light and flexible. You feel the ground beneath you and move as naturally as if barefoot.

Sporty look for everyday: With its sleek silhouette and subtle design, it goes well with jeans, outdoor clothing, or for the office.

Can I wear socks?

Yes, with or without. Due to the wool lining, socks are not necessary in mild temperatures.

How much space should I have at the front?

12–17 mm in addition to your foot length.

Does the shoe keep you warm in sub-zero temperatures?

The wool lining provides good warmth as long as you are moving. If you stand for extended periods, your feet may get cold – as with all barefoot shoes.

Can I walk in the snow with them?

Yes, the LIFOLIT® sole provides good grip even on wet and slippery surfaces. However, the shoe is not waterproof.

Care & Cleaning

Cleaning: Not washable. Gently remove dirt with a damp cloth without detergent.
