What is the Leguano Bareboot suitable for?

The Leguano Bareboot brings the classic Chelsea look to the barefoot world – timelessly elegant, quick to put on, and as flexible as a leguano should be.

Chelsea look meets barefoot feel: Elastic side inserts ensure effortless on and off without laces. The ankle-high cut provides subtle support and looks good with jeans, dresses, or suit trousers.

Virgin wool for natural warmth: The insole made of mulesing-free virgin wool regulates moisture and keeps your feet pleasantly warm even on cooler days.

Handmade in Germany: Like all Leguano models, the Bareboot is manufactured with care and precision in Germany – from the yarn to the LIFOLIT® sole.

Is the Bareboot also suitable for wide feet?

Yes, according to the manufacturer, it is also suitable for wider feet. The elastic insert adapts flexibly to the foot.

Does it keep warm enough in winter?

The virgin wool insole provides good warmth in autumn and on mild winter days. In severe frost, thicker wool socks help.

  • Sole: LIFOLIT® (7.5 mm, flexible barefoot sole with nubs)

The insole made of mulesing-free virgin wool ensures a pleasant foot climate and natural warmth. The elastic side inserts make shoelaces superfluous – quick putting on and taking off guaranteed.
Care & Cleaning

Cleaning: Wash at 30°C in a laundry net (gentle cycle). Use delicate detergent, no fabric softener, and no powder.

Drying: Air dry, do not tumble dry.
