What is the Nicebare suitable for?

The Leguano Nicebare is a sporty barefoot winter boot for anyone who doesn't want to miss out on a natural walking feeling even in the cold season – a nice "bear" for winter.

Warm from sole to shaft: The fluffy plush lining envelops your foot all around with warmth. The high shaft protects ankles and calves from cold and wind.

Water-repellent and breathable: The upper material repels light moisture without compromising breathability. Before the first wear, we recommend a high-quality waterproofing spray for additional protection.

Sporty, flexible and secure: The lacing with metal hooks can be individually adjusted. The flexible LIFOLIT® sole gives you a secure grip and direct ground feeling even on slippery surfaces.

Can I wear socks?

Yes, wearable with or without socks. The plush lining keeps your feet comfortably warm even without socks.

How much space should I have at the front?

12–17 mm in addition to your foot length. For intermediate sizes, choose the larger one.

Are the boots really warm enough?

The plush lining provides good warmth in autumn and winter temperatures. Barefoot shoes are generally more breathable than classic winter boots – for extreme cold, thicker socks help.

Is the material rainproof?

The upper material is water-repellent, but not waterproof. Regular impregnation improves protection against wetness.

Handmade in Germany. The 3-zone shaft construction combines freedom of movement and warmth. The metal tongue holder keeps the tongue securely in place.
Care & Cleaning

Cleaning: Wash at 30°C in a laundry bag (gentle cycle). Use delicate detergent, no fabric softener and no powder. Wash shoelaces separately by hand.

Waterproofing: Before first wear, spray with a high-quality waterproofing spray (e.g., Collonil) and repeat regularly.

Drying: Do not tumble dry. Air dry.
