What is the Merrell Wrapt suitable for?

From a stroll through the city or the weekly market to a spontaneous walk through the woods – the Wrapt is a barefoot shoe that doesn't have to look like outdoor footwear, but it can.

Versatile for everyday wear: The suede upper has a subtle look and pairs well with jeans or chinos. At around 250g per shoe, you'll barely notice them on your feet, even after a long day out.

Grip in any weather: The Quantum Grip™ rubber sole provides grip on wet leaves, cobblestones, and forest paths alike. The water-repellent suede protects against drizzle and puddles – for continuous rain, additional waterproofing is recommended.

Natural foot movement from the start: Zero drop and a wide toe box give your toes room. The 13mm stack height makes the transition from conventional shoes more comfortable than with ultra-minimalist models.

Technology & Features: The Barefoot 2 construction principle follows the natural foot shape. The bellows tongue keeps dirt and debris out. Webbing and footbed cover are made from recycled material, and the insole is treated with Cleansport NXT™ for odor control.
Care & Cleaning

Cleaning: Allow coarse dirt to dry and brush off. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Waterproofing: Before first wear and regularly thereafter, treat with a waterproofing spray suitable for suede.

Drying: Allow wet shoes to dry at room temperature – do not place them on a heater or in direct sunlight.
