Can I wear socks with these shoes?

Yes, perfectly normal. The name 'barefoot shoe' describes the feeling of movement (wide toe box, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not a bare foot.

How much space should there be in the front of the shoe?

Allow 12–17 mm in addition to your foot length. Since the Xcursion Fusion runs half a size small according to the manufacturer, choose half a size larger than usual.

Is the insole removable in this shoe?

Yes, the insole is removable.

Are the boots really waterproof?

Constructed with a water-repellent membrane, sealed seams, and a sewn-in tongue. As closeout items, we conservatively declare the stock as only water-repellent – good for rain and wet trails, not for prolonged wading.

Muscle soreness in your calves and foot soles is normal in the first few weeks – your muscles are being challenged in a new way. Start with 30–60 minutes daily and gradually increase. If you have existing foot ailments or joint problems, consult your doctor or orthopedist before switching.

The construction includes a water-repellent membrane behind the mesh, sealed internal seams, and a tongue sewn in up to the first hook. As this item has been stored for a longer period as residual stock, we are cautiously declaring it as only water-repellent instead of waterproof.

Cleaning: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not put in washing machine or dryer.

Waterproofing: If water repellency diminishes, refresh with a waterproofing spray for textile shoes.

Drying: Air dry, do not place directly on a heater or in the sun.
