What is the Xcursion Fusion Women suitable for?

You spend a lot of time outdoors – forest walks, weekend hikes, backpacking trips – and want a shoe that remains lightweight, gives your feet space, and doesn't get soaked immediately in the rain. The Xcursion Fusion is Xero's hiking boot for those who don't want to give up the barefoot feeling even on longer distances.

Dry on wet grass and mud: Behind the mesh upper, there's a water-reprepellent membrane, the seams of the inner shoe are sealed, and the tongue is sewn up to the first hook. Morning dew, rain, and shallow puddles stay out – the shoe is not designed for prolonged wading.

Space where your foot needs space: The wide toe box allows your toes to spread out as they would barefoot. The Huarache-inspired tension straps under the upper ensure a secure fit without constricting the instep.

Light enough for all-day wear: At 297g per shoe (size 37.5), you'll barely feel the boot – a real difference from classic hiking shoes. The FeelTrue® sole provides ample protection from rocks and roots.

Note on remaining stock: The Xcursion Fusion was originally advertised as waterproof. As this stock has been stored for a longer period, we are cautiously declaring it only water-repellent – the construction with membrane, sealed seams, and sewn-in tongue remains unchanged, but we can no longer generally guarantee waterproofing after extended storage.
