Description

What is the Xero Shoes HFS suitable for?

At home on the road, and just as much in everyday life: The HFS is a lightweight running shoe that many people just leave on.

Secure grip on asphalt: The rubber sole is modeled after a tire tread and grips noticeably well on the road. 5 mm sole with zero drop – noticeably more feedback than with a cushioned running shoe.

No slipping in the shoe: The straps over the instep and midfoot can be adjusted to secure the foot without any edges causing pressure.

Toe freedom instead of tightness: The shoe is cut wide at the front – your toes can work. If you want even more ground feel, simply remove the insole.

In the package: 1 pair of Xero Shoes HFS Women's in Atoll Blue, packed in our plastic-free packaging.

Legal guarantee
EU notice: Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear socks with these shoes?

Yes, absolutely. The name "barefoot shoe" describes the feeling of movement (wide toe box, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not a bare foot.

How much room should there be at the front of the shoe?

Allow for 12–17 mm in addition to your foot length.

Is the insole removable in this shoe?

Yes, the insole can be removed. Without it, you get even closer to the barefoot feel.

This is my first time wearing barefoot shoes – what should I look out for?

Soreness in your calves and the soles of your feet is normal during the first few weeks – your muscles are being challenged in a new way. Start with 30–60 minutes a day and increase gradually. If you have any existing foot conditions or joint problems, talk to your doctor or orthopedist before switching.

Will my feet stay dry in the HFS when it rains?

No. The mesh upper has no membrane and lets water through – a waterproof model is the better choice for wet weather.
