Description

What is the Xero Shoes HFS suitable for?

Light runs, long days in the city: the HFS covers both and keeps you close to the ground.

Toe freedom instead of tightness: The front of the shoe is wide cut – your toes can do their job. If you want even more ground feel, simply remove the insole.

Air for your feet: Breathable mesh upper, plus a silky lining that wicks away moisture – even on warm days.

Secure fit over the instep: Adjustable straps inspired by Huarache sandals run over the instep and midfoot, protected by a welded overlay.

In the package: 1 pair of Xero Shoes HFS Women's in Porcelain Blue, packed in our plastic-free packaging.

Legal guarantee
EU notice: Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear socks with these shoes?

Yes, absolutely. The term "barefoot shoe" describes the feeling of movement (wide toe box, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not a bare foot.

How much space should there be in the front of the shoe?

Allow for 12–17 mm in addition to your foot length.

Is the insole removable in this shoe?

Yes, the insole can be removed. Removing it brings you even closer to the barefoot feeling.

I am wearing barefoot shoes for the first time – what should I keep in mind?

Soreness in your calves and the soles of your feet is normal during the first few weeks – your muscles are being challenged in new ways. Start with 30–60 minutes per day and increase gradually. If you have existing foot or joint problems, consult your doctor or orthopedist before switching.

Does water get through the mesh upper?

Yes, it is not waterproof. For rain and wet paths, a shoe with a membrane is better suited.
